How to book a family swim with pay-as-you-go
Please note: Sessions are for one hour. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance. There’s a 15 minute change over time between general/family swims.
It’s essential to register and sign up as pay-as-you-go members so you can buy pay as you go sessions.
All children under 8 and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+) in the pool. Children under 5 must be accompanied 1:1 by a responsible adult (16+).
To book a family swim with pay as you go membership:
You’ll need to sign up for each adult or child who’ll be swimming and fill in their details separately.
For a child under 18 please put in your own date of birth (so the payments can be accepted). Children under 5 don’t need to be registered, but please remember each under 5 has to have a responsible adult solely with them 1:1.
Once registered you’ll then receive an individual number for each person via email.
We understand this may be a little time-consuming at first but once registered, it will just be a case of topping up each person’s credits with your registered debit or credit card; and then book each swimmer in separately.
We’re working with our booking system provider to simplify the booking stage in due course so it can be a one off purchase for all the family.
Sessions are live on the booking system one week in advance. Please book early to avoid disappointment, and before making plans.

How to book a family swim with direct debit memberships
If you’re going to swim often you may find it more cost-effective for your family to become individual members. this can be cancelled at any time, and there is no joining fee.
There are options for junior and adult membership.
You’ll need to book in each family member separately using their log-in.
