During the current pandemic, to help us keep moving whilst staying at home, one of our personal trainers, Hannah Samuels, has been delivering her ‘Fortitude’ classes online through Zoom.
These are now on Saturdays only (from April).
Fortitude is a class for mixed abilities.
30 minutes of bodyweight exercises, that include both high and low intensity work, followed by 15 minutes of core and stretching.
All you need is a mat, a bit of space, some water, a towel, and access to zoom either via your phone, tablet or laptop.
The class costs £6 per session.
Individual or small group personal training is also available.
